Why not a meeting?<\/strong> Som professionell m\u00f6tesh\u00e5llare, senior workshopledare och en tyckare i v\u00e4rldsklass tog jag \u00e5t mig av texten direkt. Men ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att ge upp och erk\u00e4nna mig besegrad v\u00e4nde jag i vanlig ordning p\u00e5 steken och undrade varf\u00f6r det saknades fr\u00e5gor om de n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga m\u00f6tenas uppl\u00e4gg :) Det finns ju v\u00e4ldigt m\u00e5nga situationer d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor ses i fysiska m\u00f6ten och som utvecklar b\u00e5de m\u00e4nniskor och produkter. Tyv\u00e4rr gl\u00f6mmer vi alltf\u00f6r ofta bort att det alltid finns m\u00f6jligheter att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra v\u00e5ra relationer och ut\u00f6ka v\u00e5r f\u00f6rst\u00e5else om oss sj\u00e4lva och v\u00e5ra medm\u00e4nniskor!<\/p>\n Why not a workshop?<\/strong> Hittade en rolig text i en m\u00f6teslokal som b\u00f6rjade ”Why not a meeting? Are you lonely? Do you hate having to make decisions?…” Texten f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte ironiskt varna f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla on\u00f6diga m\u00f6ten :) Jag var tvungen att skriva en egen ”Why not a workshop? Do you want to participate and act together with colleagues? \nAre you lonely? Do you hate having to make decisions? Do you rather talk about it than do it? Then, why not hold a meeting! Meetings are great if you want to: See other people. Sleep in peace. Offload decisions. Write volumes of meaningless notes, feel important. Impress or bore your colleagues. All this when you are supposed to work.<\/p>\n
\nDo you want to participate and act together with colleagues? Do you want to train your communication? Do you want to learn while doing? Then why not arrange a workshop. Workshops are great if you want to: Learn more about yourself and your coworkers. Be in an open and green environment. Create common results. Extend your relations and create efficient teams.
